The company is able to produce all kinds of manipulators according to the condition of manned or notbearing capacitycrossbeam expansion stroke and lifting stroke of manipulator, it is divided into lightmediumheavy and overheavy type, lightmedium type adopt triangle guide which is simple to adjust and has little down-deflection; heavy and overheavy type adopt rectangular guide with perfect bearing capacity and good stability. Performance Unique design of crossbeam and vertical shaft section .The guide track is made of #45 steel and undergoes de-stress process after being together .And it is planed and burnished as a finished product .The guide track is light ,stable and solid. The design of the telescopic arm in the crossbeam has an efficient and flexible range . The crossbeam lifts at a constant speed through the working of AC motors .So it works steadily .And there is a special device used to prevent dropping . Crossbeam expansion ,vertical column electrical rotary and the electric trolley are all worked in stepless mode by frequency conversion of AC motors .Constant torque output .Constant speed (especially when the machine works at a low speed ) .Quick startup and suspension ,The speed is displayed digitally and can be preset. Vertical column rotary can be divided into two modes, electromotive and manual .The shaft bearing adopts foreign advanced technique and works flexibly by precision gears .The bearing also can be divided into two modes, pneumatic and manual, both modes are safe and secure There are two types of trolleys ,the manual and the electromotive ,Both run on a standard rail track ,The manual trolley is designed fot light-duty manipulator which work within a larger range ,while the electromotive one is designed for heavy-duty operating machines which work in a smaller range . The manned operating machine has an operating platform for the operator which moves in synchronization with the crossarm. As the hand control box adopts the close control mode and the handpiece control case (or the welding control (case) adopts the remote control mode, it is very convenient to operate the machine ,There is even gang interface which is compatible with welders ,idler wheel supports ,site-changing machine and oval rotary worktable
